Strike Indicators
This strike indicator material is specially made fly line.
Strip it from its core and slip it over the mono filament as a permanent strike indicator.
Make the indicators. 1/4 inch for dry flies, 1/2 inch for small nymphs, and 3/4 inch for large nymphs.
Thread the indicator between knots as you tie your bottom leader.
