SEPTEMBER HATCHES FOR EASTERN SPRING CREEKS




Early September brings water temperatures of 56 to 59 degrees.

The Trico hatch will continue in full swing,Trico fishing can be outstanding.

Afternoon fishing will consist of terrestrials, Blue Winged Olives, Craneflies and midges.


Mid September brings water temperatures remaining in the 56 to 59-degree range.

Successful patterns will continue to be midge patterns, Blue winged Olives & terrestrials.The Trico fishing usually remains excellent. They show up between 7:30 & 8:30am,


Late September water temperatures will remain around 56 degrees. The Trico's will appear in the late morning or early afternoon.

Additional patterns will include midge patterns, Blue Winged Olives in size 18 or 24, inchworms, Craneflies & terrestrials.
