Patterns that work NOW on spring creeks. Cress Bugs (Sowbugs)

Cress bugs are significant trout food in the Water Cress of cold spring creeks.

New broods appear once every two months so they populate a stream very quickly.

Not as prolific or as important as scuds, in certain waters they are more common and serve the same role.

My favorite pattern is Dons Cress bug.
