During the life of the Little Lehigh Fly Shop we celebrated the Trico hatch with an elegant, upscale brunch served , streamside.

Catered by WEGMANS, piscators were treated to;

Chilled Orange Juice and Tomato Juice

Cheese selection

French Toast stuffed with Marscipone

Danish, Bagels, Muffins and Breakfast Bread

Cream Cheese, Butter, Jelly

Sliced Fresh Fruit Tray

Omelet Station:

Ham - Cheese - Mushrooms - Onions – Peppers=Anchovies

Carving Station:

Ham, served on French Dinner Rolls

Horseradish Sauce - Spicy Mustard Sauce - Mayonnaise

Mini Potato Pancakes with Sour Cream

Coffee, Brewed Tea, Perrier, Upscale Beverages and Soda
