Bottom fishing is not difficult, it is diverse. A competent nymph fisherman knows how to fish the surface, the bottom, fast water and slow water.
Since Trout spend 90% of their time feeding on sub aquatic organisms, fishing the bottom is a productive method of Flyfishing.
